Please check your current firmware and database version by going into Setup -> Settings -> Version Information. This will update your navigation database and system firmware to the following versions:

Media Version: HN+R_EU_AU_P1001

Nav database version: 8R0051884KL ECE 6.36.0

MMI 3G+, 3GP HDD navigation systems can be identified by checking the MMI software version, you can do this by going into Setup -> Settings -> Version information. Software versions always begin with HN+, please see an example below:
